Indirect calorimeter measures the amount of oxygen your body uses at rest. This gives us your metabolic rate. This information is then used to calculate how many calories your body needs per day to safely and effectively lose weight.
Specific Macronutrient Diet
Based on your metabolic rate, we then calculate the right balance of protein, fat and carbs for each individual.
Get a sample “menu” (5-days) of healthful foods that will provide maximum nutrition with minimized caloric intake, **allowing you to eat until you are satisfied without feeling hungry all the time.**
Using the findings from your indirect calorimeter test as a guide, we will carefully make moderate reductions in calories over time. This is done through a weekly checkup.
